FREE Royal Mail for orders to the value of £50.00 or more. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 24 to 48 hours from the time of dispatch.

• Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to decline orders which request delivery to certain addresses including schools and places of worship.
• When an order is returned to us after an attempted delivery, you will receive a refund for the value of the order minus the shipping costs.
• If you decide to order again, delivery charges will apply as normal.
• Prowler is not responsible for any orders delayed by incorrect information given at checkout, so please ensure you enter all information correctly.

When will my order be dispatched?

• Before 2pm Monday-Thursday - SAME DAY
• Before 12pm (noon) Friday - SAME DAY
• Between 12pm (noon) Friday and Midnight Sunday - FOLLOWING MONDAY
• Bank Holidays - Order placed after 2pm on a Friday, will be dispatched the next working day after a bank holiday

Not home during the day?

This is not a problem; with Royal Mail you can edit delivery instructions once despatched, so you can choose a different delivery date, or to re-direct to a post office to collect.
